At Inkloria, every shirt is a statement — uniquely designed and made just for you at the time of your order. Because of this personalized production process, returns are limited to specific situations.

We want you to be completely happy with your experience. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

✅ Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a shirt that is damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered:

  • You may request a replacement, refund, or store credit.
  • Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
  • We cover all shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

🔄 Returns for Other Reasons (Size, Change of Mind, etc.)

We understand sometimes things don’t work out. If you’d like to return or exchange for reasons other than defects:

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.
  • Unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

🛑 Approval Required for All Returns

All returns require prior approval. To initiate a return:

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Once approved, you may send the item back.

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
  • Processing times vary by bank but usually take 3–10 business days.
  • If eligible, you may also request store credit or a replacement instead of a refund.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
