How to Report an Alleged Infringement
To submit a claim of infringement, please include the following information in your notice:
- A clear description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property you believe has been infringed.
- A detailed explanation of where the allegedly infringing material is located on our website, including specific URLs if available.
- Your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and a valid email address where you can be reached.
- A good faith statement that you believe the use of the material is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, their agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are either the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Once received, we will review the claim and, if it meets legal requirements, remove or restrict access to the material in question while we investigate further.
If You Believe Your Content Was Wrongfully Removed
If you believe material of yours was taken down or restricted in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Identification of the material that was removed or restricted, and where it previously appeared.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was mistakenly removed or misidentified.
- Your full contact details including name, address, phone number, and email.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal courts in your district and will accept service of process from the original complainant.
- Your signature, either physical or electronic.
We will forward your counter-notice to the party who filed the original claim. If they do not file legal action within ten to fourteen business days, we may restore the content.
Important Notes
- Filing false or misleading claims may result in legal liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
- We reserve the right to terminate access or accounts of repeat infringers.
